Hi, I'm Ladina!

I started this blog as a creative mother-daughter project back in 2018. My mom and I have always loved cooking, decorating, hand lettering, sewing, and finding new creative ideas. Even after I moved further away (2h away - for Switzerland a crazy distance), the blog became a way for us to stay connected, share our projects, and inspire others.

Today, I write and manage the blog myself, while my mom occasionally contributes ideas and inspiration for guest posts.

I have a bachelor's degree in primary education and work as a primary school teacher. Outside the classroom, you'll usually find me cooking, baking, painting with watercolors, practicing hand lettering, gardening, decorating our home, traveling with my husband, or creating something new for the blog. It is the perfect balance to the very involved and sometimes chaotic work day.

Here you'll find recipes, DIY projects, watercolor paintings, hand lettering tutorials, travel guides, and plenty of creative inspiration. Because my husband is American we have a lot of friends and family in the US, so posts are available in both English and German, making the blog accessible to readers from different parts of the world.
