A Table for Guests - Ein Tisch für Gäste
A couple days ago some friends were coming over to our house for brunch. I was really excited to decorate it all. I used a shape paper punch to get the white rounded flowers. I used a spring motive stamp with black ink on it. At the store I bought candy coated almonds and spread them over the table. In addition to the decor I sewed a paper box which I also filled with the almonds. Here is how you can make them:
I made sure to stay within the gray, white and pink color scheme. Here is how our pre-easter, spring table looked like (without the food).
Vor ein paar Tagen kamen Freunde bei uns zum Brunch. Ich freute mich sehr das ganze zu dekorieren. Ich brauchte einen Stanzer und machte mir grosse blumenförmige Kreise. Auf diese stempelte ich ein frühlingshaftes Sujet mit schwarzer Stempelfarbe. Im Laden kaufte ich Zuckermandeln, die farblich passten. Zur Deko dazu nähte ich eine kleine Box, die ich auch mit Mandeln füllte. Zudem dienten sie als Tischkärtchen. Falls ihr die Boxen auch nähen wollt, habt ihr hier die Anleitung:
