Homemade Healthy Granola Recipe
I find breakfast kind of a tricky thing. Usually I don’t have a ton of time but I also want to eat something healthy and delicious. I mean I could totally live of Ciniminis, Smacks and Toppas but they only keep me full until 10 AM (not to mention that they are not particularly healthy) A couple months ago I remembered how we used to make our home made granola, when I still lived with my parents. So I thought I’d give it another shot and see if I could upgrade my breakfasts.
It ended up being a great success! I love eating the granola with a diced apple and low sugar yoghurt (like yoghurt made out of coconut milk). It is healthy since it contains a lot of different nuts and seeds and it keeps me full until lunch! I am super happy that I finally found a good nourishing breakfast so I don’t want to hold it off from you.
