Simple Wedding Decor You Can Make
Who would have thought that I'd be able to make wedding decorations this year! It was a small wedding of a co-workers daughter with 30 people only. I was asked to make the decorations and the name tags for it. Since there was no ceremony I only had to decorate the dining place. When you plan the wedding decorations you’ll always want to consider the time of the year it takes place and which flowers are seasonal. This time the wedding was in September. Down below you can see the list of flowers I ended up going with:
Decor:
What you need:
Lots of bottles and glasses of different shapes (I collect them when ever we drink something with a cool looking bottle)
Lace ribbon
Flowers
Baby’s breath
Snowberry
Eucalyptus
White dahlia
Astrantia
Small roses
Moss
Ivy
Tea lights
Floral foam in heart shapes
Name Tags:
My favorite part about the name tags was that they were tied to the wine glass. This is something I totally would have done on our wedding. When ever you want to go to a different seat, you can simply take your glass with you and you always know which one is yours.
The name tags were simple paper strips and then I cut out a heart with a hole puncher. I lettered the name on them and stamped a pretty flower on the edge of it.
