A Gift for my Husband

My husband loves to make drinks and experiment with different flavours, ingredients and colors. We have 2 big kitchen cabinets full of different spirits, liquors and flavor enhancers. If we had more empty cabinets I am sure these would be filled within a few weeks! Just last night he made me a delicious Basil Smash. The Orange Daycation is also a tasty and optically pleasing drink Joshua made a few months ago.

Naturally I had to gift him a tasty, a slightly more expensive spirit on a suitable occasion. He’d been eying different Scotches for a while and then I found Highland Park 12 Scotch Whisky in the store. In addition to the drink, I designed a card on the iPad using the Procreate app. For a while now I have been challenging myself to work on my shading to give my artworks more depth. This one was challenging because all the letters are round but I am still very happy how it turned out. I printed out the card with my photo printer and gifted it together with the Scotch. He was very happy about both and enjoys the occasional sip from the Whisky!
